About:
Jen Walker, owner of JWA Travel based in Maryland began travel planning more than 15 years ago as a high school teacher when working to coordinate travel for students on summer trips. Over the years, coordinating travel arrangements for hundreds of students and their families led to her passion for the travel industry. Establishing JWA Travel in 2017, Jen has personal experience with her most favorite travels include New Zealand, Australia, Hawaii (the big Island in particular), Ireland, and Palermo, Italy provides that same love of travel for others!
Services/Process:
I generally do not charge for services. Occasionally, depending on the custom nature of the job, I may ask for a small fee of which I would be very upfront. I have an introductory conversation with the client to find out what their needs and ones are for their group! Then I will put together options for them, and we will work together until they are completely satisfied! I can handle everything from the trip itself to Insurance - transportation to and from the hotel , etc and helping them with every step of the process until they come home. I really value in helping the client see the value and having an agent.
